Sunjeev Bath

Mr. Bath is a seasoned real estate finance professional with over 25 years of experience. As a Partner and Credit Committee member at PHL Capital, he has underwritten and financed more than 1,000 transactions across residential, commercial, and development land asset classes. Now, as President of Bath Investments, he focuses on building a portfolio of income-producing commercial properties, with a particular expertise in heavy industrial land—a focus shaped by his early exposure to manufacturing and industrial operations through his family business, Surrey Cedar. Looking ahead, he plans to incorporate a development component into his growth strategy and explore investments in key U.S. markets. Mr. Bath holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Simon Fraser University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
